To: Kip Moore From: Daniel Longfield Date: February 19, 2014 Subject: Concert in Charlottesville, Virginia on September 19th Dear Kip, I attended your concert down in Charlottesville, Virginia on September 19th, 2013. It was a birthday present for my girlfriend; she is hands down your biggest fan. We both are huge fans of your music and the way you carry yourself. We are both from Canada and were dying to see one of your shows, the only issue was we didn’t want to see you open for someone, play 5 or 6 songs and then leave the stage. I surprised her for her birthday this year, which was in August, by getting her 2 tickets to your headlining show in Charlottesville. Charlottesville happens to be about a 12 hour drive from where we both are from in Canada, which is Peterborough, Ontario. We were probably the only Canadians at the concert that night. We had intended to stay down in Virginia for two nights, but as luck would have it my car broke down about 2 hours into our drive home. The parts I needed took 5 days to ship to where I was located and I ended up spending 5 nights in the middle of nowhere, side of the intestate motel in Virginia. It wasn’t terrible, but let’s just say I’m not going to be eating Denny’s for a long time! Even with the damage to my wallet after putting us up in a motel for 5 nights and fixing my car, the concert was worth it. The show was amazing, we had great seats and you even centered us out while covering Free Fallin’. I just wanted to share with you the dedication that we had to come and view you in a show that you headlined, I am not asking you for any sort of repayment but maybe one time when you’re back in Canada we could have the chance to meet you and I could buy you a beer. I understand you probably get hundreds of e-mails asking to meet you, and many other people have their crazy story of what they did to see you live. Maybe mine isn’t the best story but you can’t deny how much we wanted to see you in your own concert. I hope you get the chance to read this Kip, and coming from both us, it would be great to have a chance to meet you, and I’m sure you and I could enjoy a laugh together.
Thank you for your time, and an amazing experience at your concert,
